User management

Add team members, send login invites, deactivate access, and email password reset links without leaving War Room.

Admin (you) can edit every field on every user — including the Sales Head (Naveen Patil) and Sr. Pre-Sales Manager (Krishna Hegde) records.
Reset PW emails a secure Supabase password reset link. Delete permanently removes a user (blocked if they're attributed to bookings — deactivate instead).
Safety guards: you can't delete your own account or demote the only Admin while signed in.

Incentive Structure

Edit incentive rates, thresholds, and rules for every role. Changes apply retroactively — the engine recomputes all months with the new rates on save.

Retroactive effect: Saving recomputes every month's incentives with the new rates. Past dashboards and payouts will reflect the change.
Pre-save tip: open the Data tab and click "⤓ Excel" to back up current state before changing rates.

Pod Lead · PM & Senior Sales Manager

Same formula for both roles. Cumulative gunta threshold across the pod's month.

Bonus earned each time pod cum-guntas crosses the threshold
e.g. 10 means: ₹X at 10g, ₹2X at 20g, etc.
If discount on booking exceeds this, PM/Sr.SM payout multiplied below
e.g. 0.5 = halved when discount > cutoff above

Sales Manager

Flat per-booking after activation threshold is reached. Self-close penalty applies if SM closes their own deal.

SM accrues only once pod cum-guntas reach this
Applied when "SM closed directly" is set on a booking

Sales Executive

Earns each time their cumulative guntas crosses the threshold. SM-closed bookings give zero.

Sr. Pre-Sales

Base per-booking + per-10g bonus + SQL conversion bonus capped per PSE per month.

e.g. 10 means bonus paid for every 10g sold
Maximum SQL conversions a Sr.PS can claim through one PSE

Pre-Sales Executive

Flat per attributed booking.

Individual Capacity Sales

For sales made in individual capacity — single closer, not pod-attributed. Threshold formula like PM, but configured independently. Farmhouse package uses a flat % of price.

Pod Pool

Bonus pool computed as % of pod's farmland revenue, split among pod members.

e.g. 0.5 = 0.5% of pod's farmland revenue

📜 Custom Bonus Policies

Add ad-hoc bonus rules on top of standard rates — campaigns, project-specific incentives, time-bound pushes. Engine applies all active policies retroactively.

Each policy adds a flat ₹ bonus to selected role-holders whenever a booking matches the conditions.
Combine filters to scope tightly (e.g. "only Brindhavan + only individual sales + min 5g + April-June").
Inactive policies stay in the list but don't apply — useful for seasonal campaigns you'll re-run.

Data · Excel backup & restore

Export the entire war room to a multi-sheet Excel file you can edit offline, share, or back up. Import a previously-exported file to restore or update data in bulk.

Export downloads a single .xlsx with one sheet per data type — Bookings, Users, Pods, Projects, Targets, Payouts, Cycle, Quarterly, plus a README.
Import reads the same shape back. Existing data is replaced after confirmation; an automatic backup is exported first.
Edit safely in Excel: rename pods/projects, adjust prices & targets, fix attribution, bulk-add bookings. The IDs in the first column are the join keys — keep them unchanged for existing rows.
For live sync (multiple people editing at once), this Excel workflow is the offline workaround. A real shared backend (Supabase/Postgres) gives proper real-time multi-user access.
